How To: Halloween Eyeball Lollipops

Published on September 22nd, 2016

This is a really quick and easy project that will turn something sweet into something spooky!

Materials & Tools
White tissue paper
Cereal bowl
Pencil
Scissors
Round lollipops
Red puffy paint, or red craft paint and fine brush
Floral foam
3/4″ Hole Punch & smaller hole punch
Colored paper, black paper
Glue
Red ribbon

Layer the tissue paper, and draw a circle by tracing a cereal bowl. Cut out the circle (cut up to 15 layers of tissue paper at once to save time).

Wrap 2 or 3 circles of tissue paper over the top of the lollipop and twist at the lollipo stick. Paint thin, red lines to make the eyeballs look bloodshot.

Stick the lollipops in a piece of floral foam to allow the paint to dry.

Using a 3/4″ hole punch (or scissors), cut circles of colored paper to make the irises.

Using a smaller, standard sized hole punch, cut holes on black paper for the pupils.

Glue everything together and wrap the base of the tissue paper at the stick of the lollipop with red ribbon.

Display in a big bowl for a really scary treat.
